Consequently, the latter cannot be held responsible for the non-performance or improper performance of the obligations arising from it, or any potential damages caused to the Account Holder.</p> <p>Notwithstanding any contrary provision in this Contract, the Service Provider’s liability in terms of an Account Holder is limited to reparations for direct damages as established by regulation.</p>
