Neither party shall be liable for any loss, damage, expense, harm or inconvenience resulting from the loss, delay, interception, corruption, or alteration of any electronic mail due to any reason beyond that party’s reasonable control.</p> <p>(g) Each party acknowledges that breach of this Agreement by the other party may result in irreparable harm, the extent of which would be difficult or impracticable to assess, and that money damages would not be an adequate remedy for such breach.
