Hackster shall have no liability for any failure or delay due to matters beyond their reasonable control. or (v) any lost profits or special, incidental or consequential damages (however arising, including negligence) or for loss of profit, business, revenue, goodwill or anticipated savings arising out of or in connection with this agreement.
