24To the full extent permitted by law, the promoter will not be liable for, and the entrants release the Promoter from any cost, expense, loss, damage, injury or claim of any kind, whether direct or indirect and however arising, suffered or incurred by any person or property as a result or in connection with the Competition or the Prize, including without limitation in connection with any person entering, attempting to enter or failing to enter the Competition or accepting or using or failing to accept or use the Prize.</p>
