Under no circumstances will the Provider be liable to the Client for direct and indirect,damages of any kind, including, but not limited to, the following: loss of business, income, profit,,intangible assets, increase in value or incur additional costs, lawyer's fees. it does not matter,whether it is or is not this damage is the result of a contract, tort or strict liability.
