<br> 8.0 Limitation of Liability <p>The SUPPLIER, including any of its affiliates, directors, employees or other representatives, shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature, including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property, and claims of third parties, caused directly or indirectly by any breach of any express or implied condition of the CONDITIONS or any negligence, breach of statutory or other duty on the part of the SUPPLIER or in any other way out of or in connection with the performance or purported performance of or failure to perform the CONDITIONS and/or the SERVICE, except for personal injury to the extent only that it arises as a result of the negligence ofthe SUPPLIER.</p> <p>
