4. Liability Limitations </b> </p> <p>In no event, and to the maximum extent authorized by law, shall FreeWill, the nonprofit organizations it partners with, or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, direct, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Materials on the Site, even if FreeWill or a FreeWill authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
