Neither Eylean, nor the Client shall be liable to each other for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special (including multiple or punitive) or other indirect damages that are claimed to be incurred by the other Party whether such claim arises under contract, tort, (including strict liability), lost profits, lost data, business interruption, loss of business reputation or goodwill, even if the party has been advised of the possibility of such damages or any other theory of law.
