Except as stated in this agreement, neither party will be liable to the other party for indirect, incidental, special, statutory, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from this agreement, regardless of theory of liability and even if that party has been advised of the possibility of these damages, including loss of revenue or anticipated profits or lost business.</p> <p>24.5  .
