Under no circumstances is ,CenturyLink liable for any incidental, consequential, indirect, punitive, or special damages of any nature whatsoever ,arising out of or in connection with providing or failing to provide Payment Services, whether in contract, tort, strict ,liability, or otherwise, including, without limitation, lost profits or revenue, loss of opportunity, or cost of ,replacement services.
