Subject to clause 13.1, neither party will be liable, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, for any of the following losses or damage (whether or not such losses or damage were direct, foreseen, foreseeable, known or otherwise) howsoever arising in respect of any:</p> <ul> <li>(a) special, indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage;</li> <li>(b) loss of actual or anticipated profits;</li> <li>(c) loss of business or contracts;</li> <li>(d) loss of revenue or of the use of money;</li> <li>
