Customer expressly understands and agrees that Siteimprove and its affiliates, directors and employees shall not be liable to Customer under any theory of liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or other special damages arising out of or due to Customer’s use of the Included Services if such use is in breach of Customer’s obligations in this section.</p>
