THE COMPANY, ITS AFFILIATES AND SERVICE PROVIDERS ARE NEITHER RESPONSIBLE NOR LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING IN ANY WAY TO THE SITE. THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE HELD LIABLE UNDER THIS AGREEMENT OR OTHERWISE IN CONNECTION WITH THE SITE FOR AN AMOUNT MORE THAN $500.</p>INTERACTION WITH OTHER USERS<p>As a condition of access to the Site, you release the Company (and its shareholders, partners, affiliates, directors, officers, subsidiaries, employees, agents, suppliers, third party information providers, licensors, licensees, distributors and contractors) from claims, demand and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature arising out of or in any way connected with any dispute you may have with any other user of the Site.
