Limitation on Indirect Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law and subject to Section 9.3, Temporall will not under any circumstances be liable under this Agreement (whether in contract, tort or otherwise) for lost revenues or profits, loss of business or anticipated savings, depletion of goodwill, loss of use, loss or corruption of data or information, or any indirect, special, incidental, consequential or pure economic losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses suffered or incurred by any party (whether or not such losses were within the contemplation of the parties at the date of this Agreement).</p> <p>
