Limitation of Liability. </strong>Medium shall not be liable to you for any direct, special, exemplayry, incidental, indirect, punitive or consequential damages including, without limitation, loss of revenue or anticipated profits, lost business, data or sales, or cost of substitute services (even if you have advised Medium of the possibility of such damages).
