We may try to notify you in advance should this be necessary, but we are not obligated to do so unless required by law. If we close your Account, we will, unless otherwise required by law, send you a check for your final balance, if any, minus any applicable Account fees and charges. If your Account balance is insufficient to pay applicable Account fees and charges owed to us, you will continue to be liable to us for the unpaid amount until it is paid in full.
