Aerux Broadband does not warrant (i) the uninterrupted, timely or secure use of the service. (ii) that the functions contained in the services or any equipment will meet user’s requirements. (iii) that the services will be error-free or free of any viruses, worms, spam, pop-up advertising, spyware, adware or other harmful components.
