Without limiting the foregoing, Nexstar specifically disclaims any warranties relating to the effectiveness of any Advertisements distributed pursuant to this Contract and does not guarantee any financial benefits to Client by virtue of distributing the Advertisements. All reports and data provided by Nexstar hereunder or pursuant to any Order are provided ‘as-is’ without any warranties or representations of any kind. Nexstar does not warrant or guarantee customer response rates or the ability to convert responses into sales. Nexstar does not warrant or guarantee the profile or demographics of a respondent.
