The <strong>Distributor</strong> does not guarantee the transfer rates and response times of information circulating on the Internet. Internet access shall be essentially guaranteed at all times, subject to constraints and hazards beyond the Distributor’s control, affecting the continuity and quality of the service and which cannot be reasonably overcome or avoided despite the precautions taken during the design, construction, maintenance and operation of the connection platform or network.</p> <p>
