Apart from that which concerns the Service provided, and aside from the momentary degradation of the quality of the Service, notably in the event of maintenance, repair, re-enforcement, extension or improvement of the Service, the Distributor will not, in any event, be responsible for the reliability of the data transmission, the access speed or any other eventual restrictions of the Service. </p> <p>
