UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANONYOME PARTIES BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR MORE THAN THE AMOUNT RECEIVED BY ANONYOME AS A RESULT OF YOUR USE OF ANONYOME PROPERTIES IN THE ONE (1) MONTH IMMEDIATELY PRIOR TO THE DATE OF THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE RELEVANT CLAIM. IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID ANONYOME ANY AMOUNTS IN SUCH PERIOD, ANONYOME’S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO FIFTY DOLLARS ($50).
