Except in respect of any Non-Excludable Guarantee, we do not guarantee that the Dystech Services, Platform or access thereto will be uninterrupted or error-free and you release and indemnify us in respect of any Losses we may incur and/or claims and/or complaints you (or any of your Related Bodies Corporate and Associated Entities) may have against us in respect of any interruption, error or unavailability of the Platform or Dystech Services.
