4 Availability <p>Bigpoint guarantees that its Games and Services will be available on average 90% (ninety per cent) of the time throughout the year. This excludes periods during which Bigpoint Website servers, individual Games and/or Services are not available on the Internet due to technical or other problems that are beyond the control of Bigpoint (force majeure, liability of a third party, etc.), and periods when routine maintenance work is carried out.
