The Jimdo user acknowledges however, that for technical reasons as well as due to the Service Provider's dependence on external factors, (e.g. unavailability of telecommunications networks, electricity outages, hardware and/or software failure etc), the uninterrupted availability of individual Jimdo sites cannot be guaranteed.
