You may only open one Wise Account unless we explicitly approve the opening of additional accounts. We may refuse the creation of duplicate accounts for the same user. Where duplicate accounts are detected, Wise may close or merge these duplicate accounts without notification to you.

Not sure what to make of this line, but it sounds like, if you ask them that you need an alternate account and give a good reason, they might go through with it? But then there's the "may refuse" part, which sounds like they may let you make an alternate account.
