You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, consents or approvals to the User Content you provide to us and that you are not infringing or violating any third party’s rights by providing such content to us.</p> <p>We may, but have no obligation to, monitor, edit, or remove User Content that we determine in our sole discretion to be unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any third party’s intellectual property or this Agreement.</p> <p>
