i.is unlawful, harmful, threatening, intimidating, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, derogatory, vulgar, explicit, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, disrespectful, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;</p> <p>ii. you do not have the right to transmit under applicable law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships;</p> <p>iii. infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party;</p> <p>
