The User shall be responsible for all User’s Information and represents and warrants that the User’s Information i) will not violate the rights of a third party (including but not limited to proprietary rights and Intellectual Property Rights (as defined below)), ii) will not be offensive, unethical or inappropriate, iii) will not violate any law or regulation, iv) will not be harmful or cause damage to Work Pilots, other Users or any other third parties, or v) will not cause harm or disturbance or any unreasonable inconvenience to the Service.
