,Youagreenottoengageinanyofthefollowingprohibitedactivities,amongothers:(i)copying,,distributing,ordisclosinganypartoftheServicesinanymediumotherthanasallowedbytheServices,andtheseTermsofService;(ii)usinganyautomatedsystem(otherthananyfunctionalitiesofthe,Services),includingwithoutlimitation“robots,”“spiders,”“offlinereaders,”etc.,toaccesstheServices;,(iii)transmittingspam,chainletters,orotherunsolicitedemailorattemptingtophish,pharm,pretext,,spider,crawl,orscrape;(iv)attemptingtointerferewith,compromisethesystemintegrityorsecurityor,decipheranytransmissionstoorfromtheserversrunningtheServices;(v)violatinganyinternational,,federal,provincialorstateregulations,rules,laws,orlocalordinances;(vi)conductinganyunlawful,purposesorsolicitingotherstoperformorparticipateinanyunlawfulacts;(vii)uploadinginvaliddata,,viruses,worms,orothersoftwareagentsthroughtheServices;(viii)infringinguponorviolateour,intellectualpropertyrightsortheintellectualpropertyrightsofothers;(ix)impersonatinganother,personorotherwisemisrepresentingyouraffiliationwithapersonorentity,conductingfraud,hidingor,attemptingtohideyouridentity;(x)harassing,insulting,harming,abusing,defaming,abusing,harassing,,stalking,threatening,intimidatingorotherwiseviolatingthelegalrights(suchasofprivacyandpublicity),ofanyotherusersorvisitorsoftheServicesorstaffmemberofFireflies;(xi)interferingwithorany,activitythatthreatenstheperformance,securityorproperfunctioningoftheServices;(xii)uploadingor,transmittingvirusesoranyothertypeofmaliciouscode;(xiii)attemptingtodecipher,decompile,,disassembleorreverseengineeranyofthesoftwareoralgorithmsusedtoprovidetheServices;(xiv),bypassingthesecurityfeaturesormeasureswemayusetopreventorrestrictaccesstotheServices,,includingwithoutlimitationfeaturesthatpreventorrestrictuseorcopyingofanycontentorenforce,limitationsonuseoftheServicesorthecontenttherein;(xv)attemptingtoaccessunauthorized,Accountsortocollectortrackthepersonalinformationofothers;(xvi)usingtheServicesforany,purposeorinanymannerthatinfringestherightsofanythirdparty;or(xvii)encouragingorenabling,anyotherindividualtodoanyoftheforegoing.
