and (c) does not contain, reference or distribute any information, messages, images or other materials that are abusive, contain nudity, deceptive, defamatory, derogatory, discriminatory, false, fraudulent, harassing, harmful, hateful, indecent, objectionable, obscene, offensive, pornographic, profane, racist, sexist, sexually explicit, threatening, violent, vulgar or otherwise objectionable, or which depict, encourage or tend to incite any unlawful activities. CFI is not obligated to screen or verify User Content, and does not guarantee the accuracy, veracity or completeness of any User Content.
