You agree not to harass, abuse, stalk, intimidate, threaten or engage in any conduct that harms, harasses, or offends any employees, contractors or agents of Whataburger, its affiliates, franchisees, or partners engaged in the provision of services, including the delivery of any orders, or any other Whataburger customers or third parties.
