(c) transmitting or submitting or accessing any User Content that you do not have the right to transmit, submit or access (as applicable). (d) transmitting or submitting any User Content or otherwise taking any action using the IoT PI that is harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, discriminatory or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable, or encourage and/or assist others to engage in these activities.
