(v) is libelous, slanderous, defamatory, bullying, harassing, abusive, threatening, vulgar, exploitative, obscene, harmful, sexually explicit, inflammatory, offensive or discriminatory in any way or is otherwise objectionable, such determination to be made in Surf’s sole discretion. (vi) is harmful to minors in any way or targeted at minors.
