Submissions <p>When using the Service, including but not limited to the sharing functions, you shall not send, submit, upload, post, or other otherwise make available any material that (a) infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party. (b) is unlawful, harassing, libelous, slanderous, offensive, obscene, hateful, pornographic, violent, insulting, threatening, abusive, misleading, deceptive, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
