When advertising Offers or incorporating corresponding advertisements into the Advertising Space, the Partner guarantees that all promotional activities engaged in <ul> <li>Do not violate any third-party rights (especially copyright, trademark, personality or similar rights);</li> <li>Do not breach other statutory provisions (particularly competition law) or</li> <li>Are not placed in any illegal contexts, including without limitation contexts of illegal file sharing or other copyright infringing pages, pages promoting or otherwise displaying child pornography, racism, violence, abuse, hate speech or any other indecent, libelous or defamatory contents.</li> </ul> </li> <li>
