The User Submission does not contain: (a) material falsehoods or misrepresentations that could harm CGTN or any third party. (b) content that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, libelous, threatening, pornographic, harassing or encourages conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or violate any law.
