(e) ,infringes someone else’s patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other intellectual property or ,other rights. (f) is vulgar, gratuitously violent, obscene, pornographic, indecent, lewd, libelous, invasive ,of another’s privacy, or racially, ethnically or otherwise offensive, hateful or abusive.
