(ii) violates any international, federal, state or local law, statute, ordinance or regulation or which would render the Company in violation of any applicable laws or regulations (iii) is harmful, fraudulent, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, or otherwise objectionable.
