violate, infringe, or misappropriate the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, moral or “droit moral,” or other legal rights of any third party. or</li> <li>communicate anything that is, or that incites or encourages action that is, explicitly or implicitly illegal, abusive, harassing, intimidating, threatening, violent, hateful, racist, disparaging, defamatory, derogatory, harmful to any reputation, pornographic, indecent, profane, obscene, or otherwise objectionable (including nudity).</li> </ul> <ol> <li> <strong>Payment.</strong> </li> </ol> <p>You acknowledge and agree that your payment for a Political Cameo Product:</p> <ul> <li>is a <strong>non-refundable</strong> contribution to the Political Committee, even if your request is not fulfilled or is not fulfilled to your satisfaction;</li> <li>is not tax-deductible;</li> <li>is not a payment to Cameo, but is instead a contribution to the Political Committee;</li> <li>will be made through the third-party payment provider designated by the Political Committee to receive contributions.
