The Provider may, but has no obligation to, remove Content and accounts containing Content that it determines in its sole discretion to be unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory or otherwise objectionable or to be violating any party’s intellectual property or these Terms. Verbal, physical, written or other abuse (including threats of abuse or retribution) of any of the Provider’s customers, employees, members, or officers will result in immediate account termination.
