(iv) to engage in verbal, physical, written or other abuse (including threats of abuse or retribution) of any Crowdmark customer, employee, member, or officer or any user of the Services. or (v) to upload, post or submit Content, or otherwise make available to others using the Services: (A) any material that is libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene, offensive harassing or otherwise actionable or objectionable material in Crowdmark’s sole opinion.
