(ii) in making any form of communication including but not limited to phone calls, mobile calls, email, SMS and text messages that fail to comply with Telephone Consumer Protection Act (“TEPA”), CAN-SPAM (“SPAM”), Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (“COPA”) and all other applicable state and federal laws.
