distribute any content over or using uVPN Services that is, or is directed to inciting or producing imminent conduct that is, unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, or hateful;</li> <li>use or encourage others to use uVPN for any illegal or criminal activities, including sending spam, scanning for open proxies, sending unsolicited emails in vast quantities, use of stolen credit cards, credit card fraud, blackmail, kidnapping, murder, sale of credit cards and stolen goods, pop-up launching, identity theft, hacking, phishing, digital piracy, pharming, and other fraudulent activities;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>restrict or inhibit any other user from using uVPN Services, including, without limitation, by means of “hacking” or defacing any portion of uVPN Services. </li> <li>
