Affiliates must comply with all laws, both U.S. and foreign, including, but not limited to, laws prohibiting deceptive and misleading advertising and marketing, e-mail marketing laws (including the federal CAN-SPAM Act (15 U.S.C. § 7701)), telemarketing laws (including the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act (47 U.S.C. § 227) and the Federal Trade Commission’s Telemarketing Sales Rule (16 C.F.R. § 310)), laws governing testimonials (including the Federal Trade Commission’s Revised Endorsements and Testimonials Guides (16 CFR Part 255)), and/or any similar laws, laws relating to intellectual property, privacy, security, terrorism, corruption, child protection, or import/export laws.
