or (b) Hindsight believes, in its sole discretion, that: (i) Client or any Authorized User has failed to comply with any material term of these Terms, or accessed or used the Services beyond the scope of the rights granted or for a purpose not authorized under these Terms or in any manner that does not comply with any material instruction or requirement of any statement of work. (ii) Client or any Authorized User is, has been, or is likely to be involved in any fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful activities.
