it will not, directly or indirectly, use, post or promote on its Sites any material or content which is, or which may reasonably be considered to be illegal, unlawful, or infringing under any applicable law, in breach of confidence or any other right of any third party, or lacking in necessary consents or licenses, or is forbidden pursuant to Sharethrough Supply Policy and (vii) it will not introduce into the Platform any destructive mechanisms, including viruses, spyware, or any other similar harmful and destructive code.
