On the other hand, without any prejudice to the above, the User shall (i) abide by all laws in the course of using the Software and shall not use the Software for illegal purposes, and in general the User shall use the Software in good faith and under conditions that can be considered as normal use. (ii) take all commercially reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorized use or misuse of the Software.
