In particular, but not limited to the,following, each of the Parties undertakes:,13.4.1. to protect and protect confidential information from unauthorized use, publication or,disclosure by making all reasonable efforts, not in any case, no less than the efforts that it makes to,protect its own confidential information;,13.4.2. not to use confidential information for purposes other than those necessary to fulfill the,obligations of the Party under this Agreement;,13.4.3. not to use any confidential information for the purpose of carrying out illegal or unfair,competitive actions or for the purpose of obtaining an illegal advantage against the disclosing Party,in any kind of commercial activity;,13.4.4. not to disclose confidential information to any individual or legal entity, except for the cases,described in this Agreement, without the prior written consent of the disclosing Party.
