You agree that the App may not be transferred or exported into any other country, or used in any manner prohibited by U.S. or other applicable export laws and regulations. The Freshly Offerings are subject to, and you agree that you shall at all times comply with, all local, state, national and international laws, statutes, rules, regulations, ordinances and the like applicable to use of the Freshly Offerings. You agree not to use the Freshly Offerings: (a) for any commercial purposes. or (b) to conduct any business or activity, or solicit the performance of any activity, which is prohibited by law or any contractual provision by which you are bound. </p>
