The customer undertakes to comply with Swiss law and the law of his country of residence in connection with the use of the services provided by DSwiss. The customer undertakes in particular that he will only upload data for which he has the necessary rights and which do not violate Swiss law, the applicable laws of any other jurisdiction, or any rights (including, but not limited to, the right to privacy) of third parties or DSwiss. The customer further agrees that he will never upload credit card data, illegal or pornographic content, or content that glorifies violence. </p> <p>
